Work-in-Progress

I’m working on a graphic memoir that tells the story of my diagnosis with—and treatment of—brain cancer. But wait! Don’t run away. This is not a depressing book, because my experience has not been depressing. It has been weirdly enjoyable, funny, absurd and inspiring. And I’m aware that I am among the luckiest people alive to be able to say that. This part of my life has both created and recalled many stories; dozens of little scraps that I’ve gathered all in one place. This here is a peek at the current version of the book’s cover, and the seven-page introduction to the book. I may post more sneak peeks here as time goes on. I have many more pages completed already, but I don’t want to give it all away.
